Every start of the year, we aim for a better life and a better horizon ahead of us. we always want change to happen within us and expect something good to happen in the future---that leads us to making a new year's resolution.

We always wanted to impose changes in our life and make ourselves better than last year but as time passes by, the value of having a new year's resolution diminishes and degrades. Most of us want to change through new year's resolution but sometimes, some of our resolution s do not come true...
As I asked my friends they said that there are really resolutions that do not become tangible or even put into practice. That is maybe because, sometimes, we lack discipline. I guess, it's not how many resolutions you have but as to how many of them are easy to work on with.
Here are some tips in making a New Year's Resolution:
1. List down the most attainable ones. It must be specific.
2. A resolution must be measurable so that you will know how far have you reached.
3. A resolution must be attainable so that it would be easy for you to work on with an aim(don't be too ambitious).
4. You must be responsible. Why? because if you're not, your resolution will be useless.
5. Lastly, a resolution must be workable in an allocated period of time. It must be time bounded.
Always remember: A NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION IS NOT A WISH LIST. It is a list of
tasks needed to be accomplished within a year. Live your life fully. Make the best out of it and make your resolutions SMART.
